Wayne Moffett
Wayne is a High Performance Leader with a consistent record of success in leading global teams and delivering
Products and Services to Fortune 500 Customers. He has led diverse teams in multiple countries including
Canada, China, Germany, Greece, India and USA, to name a few.
Wayne has extensive experience in Research & Development related to mission critical software
for Product and Service offerings from
multiple industries including Enterprise Security, Telecom Networks and Web services. He has led many successful
strategic initiatives for Start-ups and Fortune 100 enterprises related to Intellectual Property development,
Business Intelligence and Employee Engagement.
In his previous role, Wayne led the Engineering teams for multiple products at United Technologies Inc., while reporting to the
Business Unit's CTO. He has also worked for Siemens, Nokia and a number of start-ups.
Wayne has a MBA from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Dalhousie University in Canada.
These diverse experiences and training has made him an invaluable problem solver in both Business and Technology domains.
